ISE Core Awareness Training - FAQ
What are the System Requirements to run this course?
In order to run this course, you must have the following minimum computer specifications:
HARDWARE
- Processor - PC with 900 MHz Pentium Processor
- Memory - 128 Megabytes
- A video card capable of displaying at a resolution of 800 x 600 pixels and 16-bit (65,536) colors or better
SOFTWARE
- Operating System - Windows® 2000, Windows® XP, or Windows® Vista
- Browser - Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, Google Chrome, Firefox 3.5.5 or higher, Safari, Flock & Opera
- Adobe® Flash® Player 6.0 or higher (recommended, not required)
How do I print the page?
To print a page from the course, click the Print button located on the bottom menu.
What are the Setup Requirements to run this course?
DISPLAY MONITOR RESOLUTION
This course should be viewed with a monitor resolution of at least 800 x 600. To change your monitor resolution,
follow these steps:
- Minimize all open applications and right-click on your Windows® desktop.
- Select Properties or Personalize from the popup menu.
- On the Display Properties window, choose the Settings tab.
- Use the Screen Resolution slider to adjust the screen resolution to 800 x 600 or greater.
- Click OK.
DISPLAY COLOR DEPTH
The Information Sharing Environment course looks best with a color depth setting of 16-bit or higher.
To change the color depth of the monitor display, follow these steps:
- Minimize all open applications and right-click on your Windows® desktop.
- Select Properties or Personalize from the popup menu.
- On the Display Properties window, choose the Settings tab.
- Use the Colors or Color quality drop down menu to change the color setting.
- Choose a setting of 16 bit or higher.
- Click OK.
